I booked it many times and recommend. the hotel was located next to both the train station and city tram stops. the location was incredible, not very far from Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse Marketplace.

The customer service at this hotel was mind-blowing - Mr. Takada and his manager went above and beyond to assist us when we had a car accident. The room design was super modern and comfortable, with a free laundry machine. The location was jaw-dropping, near the morning market with lots of food options. The rooftop onsen and lounge area had a fantastic view, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
